Pr1ncessJulee 116 Posted August 18, 2013 I like the think thin bars. I can't eat a whole one so I buy the mini bars - 10gr of Protein and the perfect size. :-) I haven't seen the minis. I normally eat only half the bar . I like to keep one in my purse in case I'm running and don't have anything to eat. Over the course of 6 hrs... 2 shrimp, about 1/6th of a steak, small chicken drumstick. fruit salad, potato salad and tuna salad (one spoonful each) then a slice of strawberry shortcake. I thought it would have been a let down but it definitely hit the spot. It was really creamy and had a good vanilla flavor. Low in sugar 4grams a little high in fat 6grams/3.5 sat fat. But I had about two tablespoons and it satisfied my craving. Unfortunately I only found it in half gallon size and not in pint size. I hate having a half gallon in my freezer. Makes me want to eat more. I've been buying the Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt. It's in single serve bowls, 3/package. I like the Portion Control.
