How much of the salad greens were you able to eat w/protein? I love salad but I don't want to waste it. I've seen markets where you can buy a loose field greens...

It was probably 1/4 cup or less...I got it from the salad bar for the same reason you said. I can't get a whole bag of greens or berries either so I get it from the salad bar.

Had about 1/2 cup of salad (complete with grape tomatoes, seedless cucumber, red onion) topped with some shredded cheddar, 3 oz grilled chicken and a little shredded cheddar cheese - oh and light balsamic dressing!

Went out to eat at Cheddar's tonight. This doesn't happen very often anymore. Ate 2/3 of 1 chicken tender, and about 1/4 of a house salad. Funny thing...when she brought my order I asked her for to go boxes, put most of the chicken in there, then my hubby tells me I think you should stop eating! I was like why? I barely had any! He said that's all the chicken you have left? There was like a piece and 1/2 left on my plate. I started laughing! Ya right, I packed it up already!! :)

Im addicted to the sugar free popsicles, I think I'm eating too many, I had about 5 already, it helps me when I mess up on eating wrong, I got stuck today so no food only popsicles..

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
