Tried flat out light wraps today. Tried to make them into nachos like I do with my low carb wraps. They weren't that great. I think with some seasoning and hummus they would be good. They were more cracker then chip when they came out of the oven.

I had Cheesecake Factory's Asian chicken lettuce wraps--- holy! Yum! SO good, but I only ate about 2/3. The best part? Our Cheesecake Factory bill only being like $50... I guess that's what happens when you don't get appetizers, alcoholic drinks, or dessert! Yay for the double whammy of awesomeness!
