Have you tried the yoplait greek yogurt 100 calorie? I love the lemon and the lime. Lime tastes like key lime pie. The lemon is tart which I love. I eat 2 yogurts daily even now. Helps a lot with getting my Protein counts up. I only eat the yoplait once a day tho.

I love these! I eat one every day.

The Greek yogurt has grown on me' date=' hated it 3 years ago, now find regular yogurt too sweet. I got soooo sick of sweet stuff too, i lived off puréed bean Soup and ricotta cheese bake thing when I was trapped n purée hell <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />.

I tired it after surgery and wasn't able to choke down a second bite. I wish I could have cheese!! I have to wait another week. I'm pretty much aloud, yogurt, puréed meats, grits and oatmeal.< /p>

I buy the yoplait 100 calorie yogurts but not Greek. I also like the key lime. I've be ER had key lime pie before but the yogurt is great! I just crave meat and Beans instead of sweets. But last week I craved yogurt. I never had craving until after surgery. It takes some getting use to.

This morning my fiancé and I were on the run and stopped at Dunkin Donuts for Breakfast. Their new hot and spicy breakfast wrap is delicious! 190 calories and 10 grams of protein! It's 11 grams of fat though (which I didn't realize until after I had ordered). Oh it was so delicious though and sat VERY well. All things considered' date=' the stats weren't too bad for a fast food breakfast. I do need to plan better for next time. Buy some Protein Bars to go or something like that.[/quote']

I get an egg and cheese wake up wrap sometimes. Perfect size.

My PA suggested mixing a flavor with a plain. That might help. And maybe it's not to sweet for you!!

I do that. I mix sugarfree applesauce and add cinnamon. Yummy! I have even swirled in a small amount of sugarfree jam.

It taste the same just looks bad. There's no way I coul live on yogurt. It's almost to sweet for me now. I did refried Beans and mashed potatoes a while but the last few days I've been craving meat so I've puréed chicken!

I totally agree that it tastes the same. It is just a total head thing with me :)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
