Question: for breakfast I had 1 egg' date=' 1 slice of cheese and 3 slices of turkey bacon and a slice of double Protein bread. This all weighed 5ozs wish is 35grms of protein but if I count up every thing(7,6,2,6) it only equal 27! Which is right![/quote']

Add it seperately because not all of those items are straight protein so I would go by each item

My son commented that I don't get 'the look' any more....the glazed eye expression you get when you realize something hadn't gone down correctly and you're trying to decide if you're gonna be okay or it's gonna come back up.....thank goodness I don't get that look any more!!!!!!

I just went to red robin. My first time eating out since surgery. We split a whiskey river burger and got the BBQ Sauce on the side. I took everything off of mine and just had the burger with the cheddar cheese and a tiny bit of the BBQ sauce. It was good but I didn't finish my half. The waitress kept coming by an asking me if everything was alright. I kept saying it was great but I guess when it takes you a half and hour to eat a half a burger something must be wrong. Lol

Oh and I'm proud to say I didn't have ANY onion straws. Onion rings are my number one weakness.

Oohhhh has anyone tried the crystal light margarita flavor? It's in the bigger packs that a pouch makes 2 quarts! I love it and since I don't drink anymore since surgery it is just like having an actual margarita!! Did I say yummmm!!!!!!
