terry1118 1,274 Posted June 23, 2013 I have trouble with chicken every time! Had baked thigh tonight and it came back up. Had chicken x 3 and it came up x 3. Guess its time to quit trying! Hope u have better luck. I was worried. Maybe the gravy is what helps? I chopped it up small, poured 1/4 cup gravy on it ate it slowly and carefully. And no problems... jaye1464 70 Posted June 23, 2013 Chipotle salad with brown rice, chicken, black Beans and pico. You know I could only eat about 1/4 of it, so two more meals before the lettuce wilts!

terry1118 1,274 Posted June 23, 2013 Think i'll make up some tuna fish and put it on a piece of toast. I made some tuna for lunch, then I forgot and swallowed a bigger amount than I should've. I won't do that again! That sucker HURT, and it lingered for a while! I ended up not eating it. After the pain eased up I waited a while longer and opted for a nice, safe yogurt. Tonight I had baked tilapia w/a little tartar sauce. I ate small bites and chewed it well (lesson learned!). Tilapia ALWAYS sits well with me. And I love it! :-)
