vachick64 32 Posted May 21, 2013 Omg I totally agree with you. I wouldn't have anything sugar free before because its so bad with all the chemicals. Now I'm completely dependent on sugar free so I am often eating Popsicles or Jello or drinks with aspartame or sucralose. I am sure that cannot be good for my health. Of course neither is being obese. I feel so conflicted! A lot of times the sugar is not that much higher...but I too have found that the sugary items are just too sweet! Personally I eat so little I can't imagine it really makes much of a difference if you stay within your calorie goals. vachick64 32 Posted May 21, 2013 I'm seriously considering a vegetarian diet. Me too! I crave fruits and veggies all the time. Not doing well with meats so kinda being forced to be a vegetarian .
