Grilled ribeye (1 for my son and I to split, cut off 3.5 ounces, gave a few bites to the puppies), grilled squash (was relish!!!), and grilled asparagus (I can only eat 2-3 pieces). Yay for spring!!!!

HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 219

Man oh man... My eyes are still bigger than my stomach! So I boiled some shrimp and sautéed some mushrooms and steamed broccoli and all I could eat was one shrimp and two bites of the broccoli and mushrooms and I was done !!! You'd think as little as I can eat and working out like crazy I would be loosing more!!!

I've been having so much trouble getting all my Protein lately. I use cheeses for snacks' date=' a Protein Shake a day, and try to pick foods that have protein.
