I tried grape frost Isopure for dinner tonight. It had a horrible after taste that reminded me of eating soap. An my pouch decided it hated it too. Been vomiting all night even after having zofran. Definitely not meeting my protein today. HW 283. SW265. SD 3/22/13! CW 244.

I just threw away 3 1/2 six packs because no one around here would drink them. HW 358 SW 344 CW 324 GOAL 200 surgery 4/11/
Wendilou 180 Posted April 29, 2013 Hi' date=' I'm a Asian, mainly eating Indian food like rice and curry. My surgery is on the 22nd of May. I'm nervous what can I eat after surgery. I'm the first in the island to have this surgery so need all your input thanks. By the way, western food is so expensive here[/quote'] Your doctor should have a list for you. After surgery it's important to eat enough Protein so your body can heal without cannibalizing your own muscle tissue. Beans, meat, chicken, fish, tofu and nuts are all high in protein. Usually right after surgery people are put on a liquid diet for some time before they can start eating regular food. You need to talk to your doctor about what his guidelines are so you can follow them. I hope this helps!
