nathaly 57 Posted April 24, 2013 2.5 oz of 96% lean beef browned and fat discarded. Added taco seasoning and a spoon of salsa. Ate with smushed avocado and refried Beans. Yum! hollyparks 58 Posted April 24, 2013 I put carrots, green Beans, potatoes, Water, cream of chicken and potatoe Soup in a crock pot. Baked chicken breast then shredded it up and added to the crockpot. Added garlic, pepper, onion, and season all for spice. Its still bubbling up now. No potatoes for me but Mm mm good!
