Wendilou 180 Posted April 10, 2013 1st1/4 c Beef broth, few bites of sugar free Jello, crystal light and half a grape sugar free Popsicle. stage 1: Clear Liquids. And I am burping like crazy--does that mean I'm eating too fast?
AmandaD 44 Posted April 10, 2013 I'm on my week 3 diet so I had a scrambled egg with a little cottage cheese and ketchup. I've never been a ketchup fan but it's allowed for me at this stage and this bland diet is killing me. It tasted wonderful!!!!

Pam Peltz 56 Posted April 10, 2013 I've been buying and liking Walden Farms products. They have zero calories zero sugar zero fat zero carbs and gluten free. They have ketchup, and BBQ sauces as well as caramel and chocolate syrups and bunches of salad dressings. They are awesome to buy from. (No I don't have a connection just appreciate a good line of products and excellent customer service). Give them a try.

Lisa Collom 184 Posted April 11, 2013 Lol. So true! You guys crack me up. Sorry, I was crazy busy at work today and just saw this. If you're grilling the tilapia, try doing a creole seasoning and a lemon garlic remoulade. Or you could do a lemon pepper seasoning and make a veggie tartar sauce. Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, grated carrot, chopped cucumber, red pepper and a little bit of pickle. I did tilapia tonight too. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Topped with a tablespoon of garlic aioli and a teaspoon of Parmesan, baked at 350 for about 12 minutes. Yum.
