douchewafflebear 160 Posted April 2, 2013 I too have experienced this, this is called "wrenching" I get it every time I eat chicken. Except moist dark meat. As for dumping syndrome it's good to learn your limits but better to not reach it. Elevated heartbeat, cold sweats, shaking and in my case moments of outer body experience's where I have no physical control over my body.... In other words it sucks! Much love, wish you the best! judging.
nairali 48 Posted April 2, 2013 Grilled marinated chicken w a teaspoon of Mac and cheese. So so yummy. I could live off this chicken. My honey smokes/grills it on charcoal w hickory chips. Amazing. Leave the skin on and grill it mostly w the skin side down. It retains all the juices. Then just discard the burnt skin.

frankt04 80 Posted April 3, 2013 judging. There seems to be only one person judging here.... The symptoms described did not fit. If you tell me you stubbed your toe I'm not going to give you a cough drop... 4 pookybear, babysteps, Dorian and 1 other reacted to this
Lisa Collom 184 Posted April 3, 2013 Lisa needs to write a Bariatric Cook Book of Meals they all sound so good My husband keeps telling me the same thing. I just really, really love to cook. And if I can only eat a few bites of something it had better taste delicious! 2 monken and Tamj77 reacted to this
dkm164 23 Posted April 3, 2013 My husband and I have had the same conversation. Just because I am eating differently doesn't change my love of cooking. I'll just have to work harder to make the recipes fit my new life and enjoy the few bites I can. There are lots of wonderful foods that I haven't tried that may become my new favorites. I've made a choice and it's improved my life already in a week. Down to 10 units of insulin just once today and my sugar was 101 last. Yes,!this isn't going to always be easy but most things in life aren't and require effort on our part. At the same time I feel like I've been given a clean canvas and now it's up to me to create my new masterpiece. I plan on painting a Picasso! 2 momlambert and Tamj77 reacted to this

cranialmalady 50 Posted April 3, 2013 1 ounce of chicken fajita meat....1/4th cup of fat free refried Beans and a 1/4th of an avocado. I love that I can eat so little and be perfectly ok with it. I wish I had done this years ago.
