Lots of bad stuff, but won't have any more of it til Thanksgiving 1 Foranewme reacted to this

momlambert 77 Posted April 1, 2013 Small piece of ham, au gratin "potatoes" (made with cauliflower), asparagus, strawberry shortcake (1/2 biscuit). Not the best but pretty good for a family holiday dinner. Had abt 900 calories for the day. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
cranialmalady 50 Posted April 1, 2013 Tonight was blah...I just had vanilla Protein mousse. I hiked and felt too tired to chew much less cook when I got home. Ha! That's some serious lazy. I'll be back to experimenting with healthy recipes tomorrow evening.

I can only hold barely 2 oz of meat and then I'm full. I probably got 1 and 2/3 of an oz and I was feeling sick cause I ate too much :-( Gen :-) 12/15/
