cranialmalady 50 Posted March 31, 2013 http://livelifeactive.com/2012/04/25/mini-chicken-parm-bites/ I made these mini chicken parm bites. I could only eat one, but the family loved them. It's good if you're craving pizza. All low fat and no carbs. I put fresh basil and fresh chives on top of mine. 1 Branmuffin reacted to this

wonderwoman75 118 Posted March 31, 2013 I must admit. The people who talk about eating all those carbs don't seem as successful in weightloss as those that don't. I don't eat bread' date=' much Pasta, much potatoes. I confess i save my carb calories for an occasional dark chocolate bite. But i have lost 125 lbs and holding. I Constantly remind myself to eat more Protein. I see others who have had the surgery eat tons of bread and empty calories then gripe about the struggles with weightloss. It's all about choice. Ya know?[/quote'] When was your surgery?

My chef son came and cooked for us-- prime rib, asparagus and smashed potatoes. I had little tastes. Yum. Made a ricotta cheesecake (sugar free) for dessert.
