Dionna 9 Posted March 25, 2013 Smoked turkey from sonny's BBQ. We are on vacation. So alot of eating out. It's been tough and tempting. On our way home now. Been throwing up since the turkey. Pure misery. Especially in a car. Ugh.

sassy14 178 Posted March 25, 2013 Baked tilapia a tablespoon of sweet potato and if i have room' date=' a few asparagus tips.[/quote'] Well, that wasn't fun. Ate 2 ounces tilapia (which I baked with garlic, one bite of sweet potatoes and no asparagus and got so sick. I think it was the garlic. Had terrible gas-tried two gasx then took a papaya enzyme and then I threw it all up. I don't think garlic and my pouch are good together. And boy did I have horrible hiccups. Better now. Anyone else have trouble with garlic?

Alexandra39 72 Posted March 25, 2013 I had 2-2.5 ounces of Filet Mignon. About 1/4 hass avocado. The Filet Mignon was delicious. I thought I was going to be able to eat a little more of it but I began to feel full so I stopped. I still feel full & a bit bloated after about 15 minutes even though the meat was really tender... and I even dipped it in reduced sugar keychup. I'm going to have some warm tea soon to see if that helps. I sure enjoyed it though

I do think it was the garlic that did it.

Any recommendations? Make your own. Then you can control what goes in it. I put no sugar, but lots of fresh basil in mine. It's yummy.
