btb2013 84 Posted March 7, 2013 Weird. Especially because in your head you think of all the things you want' date=' but then in reality you're like "I'm full off this spoonful of yogurt." As you progressively move towards more solid foods with variety it kind of feels scary. I can't speak for everyone, but the surgery has forced me to become creative what foods I eat and how I prepare them. And sometimes it's a real struggle when you want to eat something but know you can't (whether it's because you're full or you know it's a bad choice) but it becomes easier. I'm almost 11 weeks out, and it's just sort of become second nature. There are a lot of things I could probably try at this point (especially because I've never had dumping) but I stay away. The first month is really the hardest because there are so many drastic changes you're dealing with. But it gets better [/quote'] Good to know Hw 245; Pre-Op(RNY) 225.6; Surg Date 2/26; GW

jerz 251 Posted March 7, 2013 Had about 3 small bites of steak. Felt really uncomfortable for about 20 mins. So I guess I'll have a frozen strawberry chobani. They're so good like that. SD:1/28/13 HW:358 SW:338 CW:
