Lisa Collom 184 Posted February 22, 2013 I think it's salmon burgers and roasted asparagus tonight. I'm pretty sure my husband can handle that lol.

lmcgloon 127 Posted February 22, 2013 I'm running out of ideas of things to eat. I don't like seafood, and I feel like I'm eating the same things over and over and that's always been a pet peeve of mine, I like variety, and when you're so limited it's hard to switch things up. I guess maybe I'm just frustrated because my husband got himself a pizza for dinner and I'm like "mmm...soft chicken....again"

Chili, egg salad, anything like that? Change up the way you make chicken. Try slicing an onion up, season your chicken and roast it on top of the onion. 1 lmcgloon reacted to this

Lisa Collom 184 Posted February 22, 2013 Edamame and baked chicken... Trying to think of a light something to put on the chicken Do you like onions and garlic? Sauté them until caramelized, stir in a spoonful of Greek yogurt, season with salt, pepper and thyme and voila...a creamy onion sauce with extra Protein. 1 slowtogo reacted to this

Thanks for the ideas, your foods always sound yummy!!
