lmcgloon 127 Posted February 2, 2013 RNY friends- I have to share a fun new food product I stumbled on today! They're called Coco Pop Cakes, and they're so yummy! They're like a rice cake, sort of, but they're airy and flavorful. They have pretty much no nutritional value (1g Protein, 4g carbs, 0g fat each) but they provide an excellent crunch & they're a good vehicle for spreading on laughing cow cheese (or FF cream cheese), fruit preserves, or plain. On their website www.cocofoods.com you can find where they're sold and there are recipe ideas. You can buy online too, but in bulk. I hope you're all abe to find these because they are wonderful for when you need bread or crunch, but they dissolve like a cheeto without the guilt! 1 Queenfreak reacted to this
