Anyone have a meat loaf recipe without using ketchup?

DOS 12/17/12

Heinz makes a low sugar ketchup. Walmart, Super Target & local grocery stores have it.

I made an Eggface tortilla pizza using a small Mission carb balance whole wheat tortilla. I ate half - yum!

Put taco seasoning in the meat mixture and use salsa instead of ketchup.

I ended up buying the low sugar ketchup and I like to put BBQ Sauce in too. So I found one that only had 4g per 2 tbsp. it's called Stubb's and got it at my market Basket grocery store.

1 head of broccoli, florets trimmed and stalk peeled and chopped

3 slices turkey bacon

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp dried tarragon

6 cups low sodium fat free chicken broth

1 cup fat free half n half

1 Tb cornstarch made into a slurry with 1 Tb Water

6 oz shredded chicken

4 oz low fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook bacon in pan coated with cooking spray. Remove when crisp. Add onions and broccoli stems. Cook over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add garlic and tarragon, cook one minute. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. (At this point I purée the Soup because my daughter won't eat the broccoli stems, but you don't have to.). Add half n half and cornstarch slurry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to simmer and add chicken and broccoli florets. Cook 10-12 minutes until florets are tender and Soup has thickened. Add cheese and reserved bacon. It's so good. I attached the mfp stats.
