I thought in the class I went they discussed removal of the part of the stomach that causes hunger pains? But I hear people saying they are still hungry. Is it head hunger you are experiencing or real hunger?

No I still get hungry. However it feels different and it is not that often. It is just a nagging feeling in my stomach. I don't get the oh my god if I don't eat I am going to die feeling anymore.

I agree. It's more like, "Hmm. I think I should eat something. When was the last time I ate?"

Anything else, especially of I'm bored, I know it's just head hunger and let it pass.

Its the feeling of emptiness in yoyr pouch that brings discomfort, but in comparison to the big stomach..no you dont feel hungry that way again.
