I'm sorry to just start off with tmi but has anyone else has extremely bad runs from the pre op liquid diet. In afraid to leave my house because I won't have a bathroom near by. I don't know if its the Protein mic or the 1% milk or what. I'm just having a really bad go of it.

Yes I'm on day 12 of opifast.. I have the same effect. I see it as we are getting cleaned out before surgery day.

You may be lactose intolerate, may want to get off any milk products
