Does anyone have a sample food journal for 6mths-1year? I am trying to find a pre-RNY nutritionist diet that I can try.

You might want to friend some people om my fitness pal. A lot have their food diaries open to friends. Use search on RNY talk to find threads with my fitness pal as topic so you can find other members. It's a great tool for tracking intake & exercise. I am mom2lucky on MFP but I didn't start tracking food until about a month out. Now I'm religious about it.
