Sheddingtummy 14 Posted January 18, 2013 I am eating things recommended from NUT: string cheese, Greek yogurt (ugh), cooked veggies, can Soups (not strained!) I tried a piece of juicy and tender chicken breast and handled it well, deli meat is on my menu, oatmeal, Breakfast Cereal (afraid to try), cottage cheese. I was told no raw veggies, seeds, nuts, red meat, crispy/ crunchy, salty or fried along with obvious high sugar (over 10 grams) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
