I Start Friday what did u eat? What was your Favorite food? How did you feel after?

I am eating things recommended from NUT: string cheese, Greek yogurt (ugh), cooked veggies, can Soups (not strained!) I tried a piece of juicy and tender chicken breast and handled it well, deli meat is on my menu, oatmeal, Breakfast Cereal (afraid to try), cottage cheese. I was told no raw veggies, seeds, nuts, red meat, crispy/ crunchy, salty or fried along with obvious high sugar (over 10 grams)

My Nut also!!

For over a year Before WLS I would make a Protein Drink with Yogurt & Uncooked Oatmeal I Loved it! but at this time Yogurt is not my Friend Lol
