I bought the Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt (strawberry ) last night! Sooooo yummy!!! They come in a pack of 3...... very good!

Googled.. 12g of sugar and only 4g of Protein. Not worth it, IMO.

gotta be really carefull with the sugar content of some of that stuff. I found that allot of yogurt isn't that great for you. Gotta be super picky =) If your like me though, just the fact that you ate 1 is a plus =)

It was worth it to me.....had a strawberry ice cream craving and that was the next best thing! 100 calories.....and I will only have it once in a blue moon.
