Last couple of nights I've been up a little later and by 11:00 I'm trying to go to sleep and my pouch is SO empty. I've tried drinking some Water to fill it but only helps for bit. If your pouch is empty, eat! As long as it is not carbs it is okay. I dislike eating after 7 because I got very sick on ham one time and was up all night puking up my meds and the ham and it messed me up big time. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ginsyn76 51 Posted January 16, 2013 Actually last night lol I had a Protein Shake around 2230. I felt a little empty and wanting a snack so I just opted for the Protein my calories were only at 400 so I could use the extra calories too. Brought my protein level to 100 for the day. Usually late Im craving peanut butter... so I'll do a tablespoon of the planters nutrition... berry granola flavor seems to hit the spot. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
worm2872 635 Posted January 16, 2013 Yes, if you are hungry or empty then eat. I know I was only eating three meals a day and I was actually waking up in the middle of the night with low blood sugar and I am not even diabetic.
