Amanda R 56 Posted January 16, 2013 I spoke to a woman the other day who had her RNY done 3 years ago. She had a tiny body into you got to her hips which def didn't look like they belonged on the rest of her frame. It was so much bigger than the rest of her. Is that normal? I personally know of two other people with RNY and they don't look like that.
gc> 50 Posted January 16, 2013 I've only lost 39 lbs in 4 weeks but I have noticed I am not losing my weight symmetrically [more weight loss on my right side than left]. Who knows?

worm2872 635 Posted January 16, 2013 It may just be here body shape. I knew a woman that no matter how much weight she lost she was always twice her torso size in her hips.

ginsyn76 51 Posted January 16, 2013 I first noticed my weight loss in my face and upper body. Them it seemed to go to my butt and legs. I hope it hits my lower abdomen soon!
