Left overs!

I used to love cold left overs!! But since surgery I've not had the best of luck keeping leftovers down. However last week I made a pot of Turkey Chili and boy it was good. My wife and I then took the leftover chili and made a Tamale Pie. So far so good!!!

Anyone else having problems with leftovers?

My daughter has problems with leftover meat. It gets too dry and hard.

My nut actually said no leftovers when I first started soft food. She said it is hard to tolerate. I actually did ok with them, but I guess many have issues.
