You basically start over with your post surgery foods. Example...first 2 days is all liquids, day 3 is soft Proteins, etc....there is a website about it if you google it.

Yes I am 2 years out and someone suggested it to me to keep my pouch surgery size. I'm not sure if it works so I was wondering if anyone has tried it.

My friend is 2 years out and just did it. She says it worked great. I went two days on liquids bc of stomach flu and it shrunk my pouch too.
