What's great about using FF jellies is the different flavors out.

Thanks guys for all the help! Just one thing I'm not clear on. When you mix SF Jello in with the yogurt, are you talking the pre made or the stuff in the box?

I was told the mix the powder with the plain Greek yogurt....but long before ryn I would mix Jello already made in with flavored yogurt....either way would work..I'm sure mixing the powder would even out the flavor

I went grocery shopping today was going to buy yogurt looked at every brand and type and the carbs and sugars are too much. Didn't get any of them. Sticking with my Jello

Chobani flavors are probably so good because they are like 18 gms of sugar. I'm afraid to try that much sugar when there are alternatives. Yoplait 100 Greek has less than 10. You can flavor plain with sugar free Torani syrups too.

My new thing has been the dannon light and fit Greek in vanilla and I add some sugar free fat free pudding powder and some vanilla Unjury. Awesome. This has been my last meal of the day or before bed. No real food sounds good, but this has been great.
