I went shopping with my Mom yesterday, and mentioned to her how I have lost 25 lbs ( started 297, at 274 now) and it sucks that I am still the same size clothes. She made me pick up a 25 lb bag of dog food, and everything came into perspective. I think that gave me the extra morale boost I needed! Just thought I'd share

YES! great loss!

I always look at a pound of butter. We always think "I've only lost a pound". A pound of butter puts that in perspective too.
