Its really easy, everyone likes it and i hope its pretty healthy , i might add a spoon of low fat white cheese ( its like a blended to smooth cottage cheese) (quark maybe?) for some extra protein... I did with canned chicken. I mixed it with light mayo and it was good. I think that was the only meay I did that with.
