msixkiller 96 Posted January 18, 2013 My surgery date was December 4th. I took the whole month of December off and think it is the very reason I have done so well. I am on total agreement with you.

redlockqt 17 Posted January 19, 2013 Am I the only one having post-op blues? I'm trying to shake it but I'm only 3 days out..... Nope. I cried 2 days ago because I wanted to chew something and again yesterday because I've decided I hate Protein Shakes. It's normal so they say. ready2smile 138 Posted January 19, 2013 How are you doing with your fluids today?! Some days are sure harder then others! I don't think I am going to make it today! First day back to work and h2o was not on the brain! I agree. Trying really hard, its 4:02pm here and I got in about 30oz of liquid and 28 grams of Protein so far. Now that I'm a little further out I'm having a more difficult time remembering Water.< /p>

ready2smile 138 Posted January 19, 2013 I'm home!!! It's so hard getting fluids in!! Ugh! Totally true. Just do what you can do and it will slowly increase. I'm 8 days out and I still don't get in all the Water and protein-I just try to do as much as possible. 1 TLP1212 reacted to this
Natasha K 27 Posted January 19, 2013 Am I the only one having post-op blues? I'm trying to shake it but I'm only 3 days out..... I had the post op blues days 5-7 in the mornings. It was crazy, I was so sad! Both drs (surgeon and physc) said it's totally normal. My physc was surprised that my surgeon did not mention the possibility. It gets better, especially when you can get the fluids and Protein in! Hang in there! 1 mrs.mda reacted to this
