Jessica9190 127 Posted February 20, 2013 Have they noticed weight loss? Wondering if anyone from my work will. Yes but they know I have a strict diet due to surgery. So they just assume I'm losing because I'm eating so little. Also I'm always doing one type of diet or another I've dropped and gained weight so many times in the 14 years I've been there no one thinks anything about me on the "lose" again. They probably think I'm like Kirstie Alley up down up down up down. Lol
Jessica9190 127 Posted February 20, 2013 Well crap' date=' tried to get creative and it backfired. Took 2oz of lunch meat, (chicken) and divided it into two, put a couple slices of avocado and spread a half wedge of garlic and herb laughing cow cream cheese on each and then rolled them up. Ate one and feels like a ton of bricks are sitting on my chest. Hoping the Papaya works because this is painful and I really don't want to have to return it. it must be the lunch meat, I've had the other items before-I chewed really well and took small bites. PHOOEY![/quote'] I think it's the chicken lunch meat. I do ok with turkey but the chicken gets stuck big time. Hurt so bad in my chest.
one4ozzie 434 Posted February 20, 2013 Yes I sleep on heating pad every night. It's like I'm having 3 different pains. A sharp pain in my left side I can only describe as it feels I've been stabbed. My back in that same left side area just aches and now the cramping. I just want to cry. I've lost nearly 30 lbs but I don't know that this pain is worth it. I'm so tired of hurting. I don't even know how to describe how sick of it I am. I feel like I can't do anything. I can't concentrate on work because I hurt I can't do housework because I hurt I can't play with my kids because I hurt. It hurts to drive it hurts to sit. I'm in the least pain when walking so I've been trying to do that but I am just miserable. I feel like a wimp like a desperate whiny baby. But I AM desperate for relief!!! Too much heat, straight thru the night may not be good either. I have back issues and 1 thing I will never do is put a heating pad on it again. I made the mistake of putting a heating pad on it for about 40 minutes once and ended up with the most severe spasms for 24 hours I've ever had. I had to go to the ER spasms were so bad. one4ozzie 434 Posted February 20, 2013 i wish i was more creative in the kitchen. i'm suffering from what most everyone else is going through-food boredom. had a taste of some of my old foods this weekend' date=' and it was a big mistake. i was sick and now i'm on the straight and narrow. no beef, Pasta or doughy foods for me, (they sit heavy and cause major pain) and i have to stay away from all chocolate-even sf and dark. it's just too addicting. if i never eat another serving of Jello, yogurt, chili, or refried Beans it would be fine with me. i could also gladly give up the Protein drinks, they are so nauseating now-but without them i can't get in my required amounts so i'm stuck. boo anyone have any tips or tricks they'd like to share?.[/quote'] Have you tried the Isopure zero carbs premade mango peach drinks. 20oz bottle w 40 g of Protein. What I do is 1/2 n 1/2 the drink to lighten up the taste. I use 10 oz of Water w 10oz of the protein. I love it this way and honestly it is the only way I can get my Protein Drinks in as well. Plus you're also getting Water w it too. I don't recommend the green apple flavor at all. Tastes horrible even watered down. Alpine punch I would use again watered down. Those are the only ones I tried. Can be bought online or at GNC stores. Gen :-) 12/15/12 2 tzbandtobypass and ready2smile reacted to this

I would like to try Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel but am scared of it being thick or milky. Does anyone on here use it? Gen :-) 12/15/

Does anyone on here use it? Gen :-) 12/15/12 It's clear and thin, not chalky or milky. Not bad at all, especially poured over ice from sonic so it's super cold. 1 one4ozzie reacted to this
