bariatric op number 4 38 Posted January 9, 2013 What do u mean you needed gas? Sorry don't know what you call it in the states? A mix of nitrous oxide 50% and oxygen 50% is a medical anaesthesia gas.
bariatric op number 4 38 Posted January 9, 2013 Or heartburn Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk Heartburn really? Even though I'd eaten nothing in 3 days?? It was worse than a gallbladder attack I know that much it's was horrendous, I've been getting numb legs and hands to and passed out a few times :-(

michelecaples 224 Posted January 9, 2013 Hope they figure out the problem. Best Wishes Sounds like a swollen ouch which led to a panic attack and low blood sugar from not eating. Something similar happened to me at 3weeks out.
BBdoodle 483 Posted January 9, 2013 I thought gallbladder at first but then you said you had yours removed. I also had my gallbladder removed 10 wks. after my RNY... and I still get really bad pains across my chest kind of under my boobs. I am going for a CT scan next week. My doctors said that there could still be stones left in the ducts, during surgery they try to clean all the ducts out but if there is a tiny, tiny stone it could still grow. I would consult with your doctor ASAP, something does not sound right.

jodimc 117 Posted January 9, 2013 It's crazy that you're having the numb limbs too. Sooo scary. I'm waiting on lab results now, hoping its just low B12 and not something really bad.
