I purchased 2 kinds of Protein broth from TrueNutrition. Each has 1.5 grams of carbs and 26 grams of protein per serving. I was getting tired of the sweet shakes all of the time. (yeah, shocked me too). I tried the French Onion flavor. I wouldn't serve it for Christmas dinner, but it wasn't too bad. I also got the beef broth, but haven't tried it yet.
