Hello new to the sight

Hello im from california New to the sight im glad i found it, im scheduled for surgery January 30th, i was going to do it in December but i got scared but after dieting for a month i lost about 10 pounds i was happy thinking why would i get surgery,, slipped a week for christmas and guess what i gained it all back..1montha worth of work gone in less than a week so here i am back on the train ready to do this : - |

Welcome! Nice to meet you! There is a lot of good info in this forum. Enjoy the threads and ask additional questions if you need to. There should be a January group that was started for all of those having surgery in Jan. I am from the Dec. group having had my surgery on the 4th. Luckily, after a few minor bumps I am doing quite well. Do your research, it is only a tool, not a miracle. Just being honest! You have not chosen the easy way out!

Welcome and I thnk you will be happy with your decision, It is a big step and like mrsblues said is isn't "an easy way out" but it is a tool that will help you in a great way. I understand your fear cause if you weren't a bit nervous then I would be worried about you, lol.
