michelecaples 224 Posted January 5, 2013 So my loss has been very slow from the start but this week I have been losing like crazy for the first time since surgery. I did not increase exercise or fluids. I went to the grocery store and really took my time and got things I have not been eating that were healthy. I bought oranges, pistachios, celery, blueberries, blackberries, and other fresh and delicious things. I am going to start rotating the thinfs I eat more to keep my body from getting bored. So far it is working! 3 mrsblues, kristy3k and Vicki Loichinger reacted to this

Dawnolson 85 Posted January 6, 2013 Has anyone tried a juicer? You can do veggies and fruit. I was kind of thinking about it for post op. I'm still pre op now.
