Oh honey it looks like you will have to appeal for RNY. I'm not sure why they approved the biopsy. Are you in need of a other procedure?

I guess my dr found an ovarian cyst I'm assuming they want me to take care of that first

Check to see why you were not approved, maybe they were just missing some paperwork or documentation they require. Good Luck!
