My moms on her 2 week Pre-op low fat diet. We can't find any fat free Salad Dressing that's low in sugar also. I found a spray dressing that's low fat (1g for 10 sprays). Is that ok to use? Also, are artichokes ok to eat? They weren't on the list. Thanks everyone!
