swilkins 34 Posted December 31, 2012 Today was the best day I ever had on the gym. I didn't exercise at all this weekend so I felt quilty. So I decided to push myself and not watch the clock. I worked out for over 2 hours and it felt great. I feel so good right now, I now know if I stay focused I can do so much more and not just go to the gym and do my regular routine.
