kisersassy 369 Posted January 2, 2013 what I wish I knew was how I have this on going thirst and can not drink enough or fast enough to quench it. besides being sick all the time in hospital 2 times for dehydration 2 procedures to fix strictures and 1 gallbladder surgery that has me this week very sick can't eat can't drink zofran not working although pain has eased up some. and don't forget the 3 times having impacted bowels. surgery was 2 months ago. It will get better. 2 months is when I was having my problems with rny and trust me you are able to quench your thirst. Also tell your doc that zofran is not working. I was given it to help with nausea when going home. :-) Due to different foods we would eat and the pouch might not accept something, you may get nauseated. I had to take it once.
