k.buys 9 Posted December 30, 2012 I ran out and fiqured I would be fine, but for two weeks I had a lot of discomfort and pain so I called my doctor and he got me another prescription. As soon as I started taking it again the pain stopped. I'm almost 6 months out and I don't plan on stopping it again any time soon.

Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted January 2, 2013 I agree will take this forever. I was on it for acid reflux before surgery and now on a different versiion protonix or something like that, twice a day and I think it really does make a difference.
