kiwiladydee 402 Posted January 5, 2013 I had family, husband and support group! But, I found this site helping me through some of my darkest times. It's amazing when u are experiencing something and someone knows the answer. Or, when you get angry at others for eating something u like. We r here for u!! Send a private message if you have to, but talking/ chatting gets u through it. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk 1 Vicki Loichinger reacted to this

Kris Cheek 13 Posted January 8, 2013 Hi, It is very important to walk!! I was non compliant and suffered 3 hospital stays due to infection and pnuemonia. Walking also helps wake up the bowels and keep things moving on the inside. I felt like crap but once I started to comply thing turned for the better immediately. Now I am 6 weeks out and feel fabulous. Good luck. 1 Vicki Loichinger reacted to this
