n32382 63 Posted December 28, 2012 Its been almost 5 months now. Its amazing how much I have changed. Compliments are pouring in. My self esteem is up, I feel more confident, and most of all I got my sexy back. The reason behind my decision to have this surgery was primarily my health. But ive gain more than i expected. From 375 I have lost 95lbs in such a short time. I wore a size 30, i am now my way to a size 16. Its been over 12 years since i could wear a size 16. My husband is proud of me, my children loves the new me. I'm happy! 11 sky, lovealways, worm2872 and 8 others reacted to this

libra_lisa 136 Posted December 30, 2012 Thanks. Im only 4 months in and i cant believe how much my body has changed. What was your regimen? If you dont mind me asking? 1 n32382 reacted to this
n32382 63 Posted December 31, 2012 What was your regimen? If you dont mind me asking? Hummmm. I really dont have one set regiman. It took me a while to understand that I cannot eat the way I use to. Ive tried to run to the type of foods that brought me confort in the past, but that doesnt work anymore. It took me 4 months to start working out, because I wasnt really motivated and because I'm currently unemployed I cant afford a gym membership. Now I go walking at the park at least 4days a week. I've turned to youtube to show me the proper way to do certain excerises at the park. I dont keep an accurate count on how many miles I walk, i just do it and its a stress reliever for me. I refuse to buy a scale because I dont want to become obsessed with it. I weigh my self twice a month at the Dr. office. I measure my weightloss success when I do things that I havent done in years, like polishing my toenails or putting on my socks and shoes with ease. I know i have along to go, Im content with the progress I ve made so far. 3 Ab1986, juditha and jayla_mom_of2 reacted to this
