This pouch is wonderful! It allowed me to minimize all my portions, and the thought of eating huge helpings because it was something I used to love, just made me sick.

I survived Christmas dinner this time, thank you Mr. Pouch for assisting me

Yes everything was fine. I felt very satisfied on baby portions

I'm 3.5 wks post op and survived quite well. Christmas Eve I was able to enjoy a shrimp and some tilapia which was soft enough for me to chew enough and swallow. Christmas day I was able to enjoy a meatball. I had mashed up 2 and added some sauce to it to soften it up a bit and was able to enjoy probably 1.5 of it until my pouch said STOP!!

Jpr99... I totally understand where your coming from with bring able to eat a taste of multiple things and not over eat....loving this pouch!
