sky 87 Posted December 23, 2012 Ok I'm allowed to start regular food now..I'm making ham dinner for my family for Christmas...I'm a little leary of trying ham...I'vE had some pork and it was ok...just wondering if ham might be too much bling so early out (5 wk) ...has anyone tried it yet? BBdoodle 483 Posted December 23, 2012 I did not do well with ham or most meats .... they just don't go down right. Everyone is different, I would try a tiny-tiny bit, chew really, really well and see how it goes. Anytime I got sick on something, I knew right away that it was not going to sit right with me. The ham "may" be too much for you 5 wks out. 1 sky reacted to this

worm2872 635 Posted December 24, 2012 Ham is easier since there is less fat but can be dry. I'm going to nibble on Xmas and see. Good luck. 1 sky reacted to this
sky 87 Posted December 24, 2012 Ok thanks guys..i had pork steak with no trouble but I guess I'll just have to try or opt for something else..it's just my sons, grandson and myself so I won't have to worry about offending any other dinner guests....

Lisa Collom 184 Posted December 24, 2012 I had three bites of prime rib at my in-laws. Chewed really well, went down fine. But I don't eat pork at all. 1 sky reacted to this

mrsallenrn 39 Posted December 24, 2012 Ham is one of the things that makes me dump. It won't move. I can do steak, pork chops, fish, but no ham. It's one of the few things that I can not do 7 months out. 1 sky reacted to this
