I don't concentrate on calories just grams of protein... But record everything on my fitness pal and seem to average between 800 and 1000 calories a day

I don't count calories either, my stomach tells me when I am full and it gets full really quick. I concentrate on getting my min. 64 grams of Protein and 64 oz. of Water in daily + my vitimans

I also use my fitness pal. My doctor said 800 to 1000 is good.
