My insurance covers nothing....but more than willing to cover a lifetime of diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.... Go figure. But I will self pay at a cost of $26k. Worth every penny.

I have UHC and the 6mo supervised diet is a requirement for some employers not all. So I would check specifically what your plan requirements are. I have UHC and I had to complete the 6mo weight loss diet. I just met with my surgeon and submitted everything so now I have a waiting game of 15 days....
