Jen in SoCal 189 Posted December 22, 2012 But I'm starting to wonder when I'm going to stop losing weight. I'm 4 pounds from my goal. I'm currently at 139 and I am quite honestly alarmed at how thin I look. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't think I'm bragging in any way. But I told my mom how much weight I've lost and what size I can fit in to and she told me she was worried I was going to waste away and she is worried I wont stop losing. LOL! Any if our veterans have any advice? I feel like I should try eating more but I don't want to be one of "those people" that gains their weight back. I'm almost 8 months post op so it's not like I've lost my weight very quickly (95 pounds, 80 pounds post surgery). Help! I'm not sure what to think! Should I be satisfied or worried? TinyMamiOf3kids 1,280 Posted December 22, 2012 What's your height? I don't think you will be stick thin. Our body knows when to stop. My doctor told me that at 125lbs I'm at a perfect weight & I have 2lbs to goal but I decided I want to be 110lbs instead. I'm trying really hard. I exercise when I can & do eat 3 meals per day. Drink Water & crystal light all day. I snack but very little.

jodimc 117 Posted December 23, 2012 Check a bmi chart to see what would be 'underweight' for your height. If you are still in healthy range, I wouldn't worry.
