QueBSure 5 Posted December 21, 2012 I'm going to the gym 3-5 times a week walking for 60 minutes on the treadmill, but I'm getting bored with that. Any suggestions on what has worked for you guys and gals?
TinyMamiOf3kids 1,280 Posted December 21, 2012 Lots of sex. Does it count as exercise? 1 one4ozzie reacted to this

bakawaka 108 Posted December 21, 2012 I'm going to the gym 3-5 times a week walking for 60 minutes on the treadmill, but I'm getting bored with that. Any suggestions on what has worked for you guys and gals? I like the elliptical machine (cross trainer). It also helps to bring along music to listen to in a portable MP3 player. Then move from machine to machine. That breaks up the routine.
QueBSure 5 Posted December 22, 2012 Great advice....I wouldn't be able to make it without my IPhone at the gym
jessouder 44 Posted December 31, 2012 I agree break up the cardio 10- 15 minutes each, elliptical, treadmill, bike, cross trainer, stair stepper.
missdesha 14 Posted December 31, 2012 Try some weight lifting to mix it up. This Friday I will be 1 month post op. I have been taking it easy by doing dance games on the Wii. I will start back up going to the gym on Friday. Walking the treadmill is like torture for me. If you roller skate go on Family nights. That works up a Sweat too
MalyssaSue 65 Posted January 18, 2013 I change it up between treadmill eliptical and weights. It's so weird how 3 months ago I couldn't get my fat ass out of bed. Now I'm up and at the gym every morning at 5am.
perezhe1 8 Posted January 19, 2013 Try doing a class. Really fun for both guys and girls. Kickboxing is great! I also do the treadmill on a really high incline and with hand weights ... I love it! More challenging and you really work up a sweat!
